Privacy Policy
All data received and handled will enter strict confidentiality, which includes manuscripts, proposals, data, correspondence, and requests. All intellectual property will fall within the ethical standards and will be preserved with their owners. All information and files received and handled will be done as such on a secure local server.
We collect your full name, address, billing information and phone number and will not disclose it or sell it to any third-party without your explicit informed consent. The collected information will be used to send you curated content that we think you might be interested in and for marketing purposes.
Billing and Payments
Payment is made by a secure third-party and shall be completed in full before any request is accepted, with no exception to the aforementioned. Any partial payment will not be considered until the full amount is completed.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
A full refund is available for any service cancellation requested within 24 hours of purchase, with the exception of services explicitly designated as non-refundable. For cancellations requested after 24 hours but within 48 hours of purchase, a partial refund will be issued, subject to a fixed 15% deduction from the total service fee. Please note that no refunds will be provided for services within the Methodology Consultations category, nor for plagiarism check, formatting service, and submission service, due to the immediate allocation of resources and intellectual property involved in these specific services.
Delivery of Services
When a bundle or package is selected a hard deadline will be assigned for every stage that requires feedback from the client. We do not hold responsibility for any delay caused by delay in response from the client pertaining to edits/suggestions/approval, when required, before moving to the next stage/service within a package/bundle or within the same service when necessary.
We take no responsibility for any service delay caused due to website maintenance or repair and delays owing to unforeseeable situations that are beyond our control.
No guarantee of publication can be offered, a contest based on inability to publish the paper while all services were performed and accepted is therefore void.
iResearch will not undertake scientific writing or contribute to aspects that compromise the ethical integrity of the study.
Abhath Holding/iResearch holds no responsibility for the contents generated by the clients using AI and will work on the document without prior assessment.
Review Policy
As per our policy, you are entitled to one free revision for any service, excluding consultations, plagiarism check, and submission, if you are not satisfied with the initial delivery. This revision must be requested within 7 working days from the date of completion. Please communicate your concerns directly via email.
Age Requirement
For using our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and by signing this agreement you accept you are 18 years or older.
Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend any user account without prior notice if, in our sole discretion, the user:
- Violates these Terms and Conditions
- Engages in fraudulent or harmful behavior
- Attempts to misuse our services in a manner inconsistent with academic integrity
Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited to use the services provided by this website for any unlawful purposes and to violate any national and international laws.

Other trademarks, graphics may belong to other third parties. Your use of the Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce and/or use any of these trademarks.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents and employees against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties and legal fees which arise due to your use of the services and the misconduct on your part.

The Company reserves the right to change, add or remove portions of these Terms in connection with the website and its services at any given time by a notification of the amended Terms. It is your duty to check the Terms for any modifications from time to time. Use of the website and services after the changes have been posted shall constitute your acceptance to these changes.

Information provided on the website related to promotions and offers may sometimes contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions and accordingly we reserve the right to amend any error at any time without prior notice and clarification of the same.
